Working Directory

A standard working directory to run ATLAS consists by the following elements:

• ATLAS_SHELL : link to the ATLAS executable
• ATLAS.fnames : ASCII file collecting the paths to the I/O files needed by ATLAS
• INPUT : directory containing all the input files
• OUTPUT : directory containing all the output files
