Policy on Diversity and Inclusion
Issues of diversity and inclusion are receiving increasing attention from numerous stakeholders. In today’s changing legislative environment, there is a need to ensure equal opportunity at all levels, reduce the loss of talent, and increase one’s business performance.
Employee Welfare Policy
Organizational well-being is defined as the ability of an organization to promote and maintain the physical, psychological, and social well-being of all employees working within it. Studies and research on organizations have shown that the most effective structures are those with satisfied employees and a serene and participatory “internal climate.” Motivation, collaboration, involvement, proper circulation of information, flexibility, and people’s trust all lead to improved mental and physical health of workers, user satisfaction, and ultimately increased productivity.
Environmental Policy
M3E‘s Environmental Policy is inspired by the 2015 Paris Climate Agreement, the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), the European Green Deal, the principles of the Global Compact, and aims to contribute directly, or through organizations with which the Group collaborates, to the goals described by the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
