Mission
M3E is the acronym for Mathematical Methods and Models for Engineering. The company, born as a spin-off of the University of Padua, focuses on numerical modelling and algorithms development for the solution of challenging problems in several engineering sectors. M3E combines high competences in mathematics and computer science together with an extensive knowledge in engineering, to provide support and consultancy to top engineering firms.
In particular M3E is specialized in the development of software for the numerical discretization of partial differential equations, linear algebra, trials scheduling, optimization, data analysis, High Performance Computing and Machine Learning for several engineering applications. Along with the software, M3E also offers consulting services in particular for surface and underground environmental processes, management of water resources, transport and diffusion of contaminants in fresh water aquifers, exploitation of oil and gas reservoirs, subsidence and its possible mitigation, air pollution diffusion, simulation of industrial process.

EnginSoft was founded in 1984 as a structure that round up initiatives developed, since 1975, in the areas of CAE, process simulation, intelligent digital prototyping, and more broadly, computer science applied to the optimization of products, both in terms of technical, and in terms of (process metrics) software measurements and marketing. Today the company is the first Italian group in CAE/VP (Virtual Prototyping), and has international branches both in Europe and in the United States. Characteristic feature of the company is the multidisciplinary nature of skills offered and technologies involved. The company is also a MIUR accredited laboratory for the knowledge-transfer in the field of CAE / VP. The Company’s activity is divided into four main areas: advice to businesses (and, more frequently, to their research facilities), support and production of software technologies, training and research. The Company’s work experiences are the matter of several scientific and technical publications in Italy and abroad.
Aplus is a consulting and engineering company that supports businesses and public entities in the complex assessment and management of environmental risks, health risks and safety risks in the workplace. Aplus is capable of providing specific type of expertise and quality in all phases of the environmental designing or planning, from pre-feasibility study, to process management, and to environmental monitoring. Its staff has developed expertise in the field of environmental impact assessment, integrated pollution prevention and control (IPPC), the implementation of management systems in conformity with ISO 9001:2008 standards (Quality Management), ISO 14001 : 2006 (Environmental Management), SA 8000 (Social Responsibility Management) and OHSAS 18001:2007 (occupational health and safety management in the workplace). Aplus mission is to provide high added-value consulting services, thanks to in-depth knowledge of industrial processes and environmental management that represent a point of departure for the identification of the best techniques designed to reduce pollution and increase efficiency.
